Day 29...

Short but sweet post today. 

I used my new mini egg frying pan.   Turned out great! I highly suggest investing in one.  

This obviously was breakfast.  I added a mix of veggies as a side.

Lunch
Smoothie
Veggies and hummus

Dinner
I made homemade veggie chili!! This delicious chili included black and white beans, tri-colored peppers, onions and mushrooms.  Forgot to add the fresh garlic.  
For 'noodles' I baked spaghetti squash

This as well, turned out amazing.  I made enough for leftovers which I had today for lunch.
