- Scrambled eggs with spinach, onions and tomatoes and half of a grapefruit.
 
Lunch:
- Quinoa with mushrooms, zucchini, red onions and sunflower seeds and an apple (me)
 - Egg and potato salad with veggie soup (for him)
 
Dinner:
- Shrimp salad sandwich (for him)
 - Shrimp salad lettuce wraps (for me)
 - Tomato soup
 - Side salad
 - Turnips on the side
