Day 2 as a Pescetarian

Day 2 as a Pescetarian and feeling great!

Below is what we had on Wednesday.

Breakfast:

  • Scrambled eggs with spinach, onions and tomatoes and half of a grapefruit.


Lunch:

  • Quinoa with mushrooms, zucchini, red onions and sunflower seeds and an apple (me)
  • Egg and potato salad with veggie soup (for him)


Dinner:

  • Shrimp salad sandwich (for him)
  • Shrimp salad lettuce wraps (for me)
  • Tomato soup
  • Side salad
  • Turnips on the side
